Alhamdulillah finally today I am done with my Mphil final viva on the topic “Hotel Management and Customer Satisfaction: A Case of a Five Star Hotel”
I feel elated to express my gratitude on this special day for stepping towards my PhD goal on Tourism and Hospitality Management. First and foremost, I give glory to the Almighty Allah and my beloved ones for all their prayers and good wishes for making today’s juncture. I profusely thank my viva board Committee – Convener, Prof. Dr. Md. Enayet Hossain, Member, Prof. Dr. Md. Nazrul Islam and my respected supervisor Prof. Dr. Syed Rashidul Hasan. I would like to pay my special gratitude to Prof. Dr. Syed Rashidul Hasan Sir, for listening, guiding, encouraging and advising me from the commencement of the course till date. Without his endless support this journey would have been a bumpy rough ride. Special Thanks to the Chairman of Tourism and Hospitality Management Department of DU, my respected teachers, Office staffs and everyone who contributed their best for this day. Not to forget, I owe a huge debt of gratitude towards the Chairperson Mrs Salina Ali, Managing Director Mr Mohd. Noor Ali and the management of The Westin Dhaka. My Paper consumes a big portion of my learnings, knowledge and journey at The Westin Dhaka and my paper would have been incomplete without their love, guidelines and support. Finally, I am grateful beyond words to my dearest family and friends who have always been with me through thick and thin. I am truly blessed to have you all with me and with all the power from your support my steps keep moving forward.
